TikTok Shop introduced a new free, straight-camp collection service! Upgrade the self-operational logistics support policy across borders

Game Reviews

TikTok Shop announced the upgrading of its logistics support policy for United States cross-border self-employed (POP) businesses by launching a new, free, direct-account collection service called Colletions by TikTok (CBT). As platform electricians become more active, this initiative aims to help businesses prepare for the boom in the second half of 2025.

The CBT service provides free door-to-door package delivery services, which simplifys the delivery process and allows vendors to take delivery directly from their location, without additional cost to eligible users. The service is operated by TikTok Shipping (TikTok Official Logistics Service) and complements existing services (e.g. Fulfilled by TikTok, which is responsible for warehousing and full distribution). This upgrade is intended to optimize the order delivery rate and make it easier for cross-border vendors to manage shipments from outside the United States to United States clients.

Businesses can save up to 20 per cent of logistics costs through this service, mainly through the waiver of surcharge costs and the improvement of overall operational efficiency. Delivery time limits are maintained or upgraded, with a focus on consistent quality of service, thus increasing client satisfaction and reducing peak time delays.

Although the specific eligibility criteria (e.g. minimum package size or type of business) have not yet been specified in the bulletin, the service is intended for POPs vendors that operate on their own, rather than relying entirely on TikTok for compliance. This is part of a broader initiative to support cross-border vendors, who often face challenges such as high tariffs and complex visa requirements in markets such as the United States.

This was based on the continued expansion of TikTok Shop in the United States, which was launched in September 2023, and has since evolved rapidly, with gross merchandise transactions (GMVs) expected to reach billions of dollars in 2025. A similar CBT service has been in place in other regions since at least July 2025, for example, in the United Kingdom, involving parcel extraction of Platform delivery orders.

In the United States, the service addresses the distress of cross-border traders, which account for a significant proportion of the platform ‘ s vendors, about 25 per cent of whom own overseas warehouses. TikTok also introduced incentives, such as co-financed free delivery schemes, to further reduce barriers and encourage participation.

Overall, the upgrade reduced the entry costs for international sellers and increased the reliability of the boom season, making TikTok Shop a more competitive electrical platform, particularly in competition with competitors such as the Amazon.
